With a few exceptions, we will reimburse you for returned items you paid for them.  If you prefer, you can make an exchange for the same item. 

When we receive your return, we will process it within two(2) business days. Depending on your bank’s processing time, it may take up to 7 days after we process the return to reflect on your account.

If you receive a damaged product in shipping, defective, or received a wrong item, please return it during your return and exchange period within 60 days from the date we ship the product.

About the standard warranty and service parts

We typically carry service parts for five(5) years or longer. The standard warranty period is one(1) year, covered by the manufacturers. 

Extended warranty: 

We shall support extended warranty services after one(1) year of the standard warranty.

Extended Warranty Period and cost: 

  • 2 years for $39
  • 3 years for $49
  • 4 years for $59
